Ikebana - Town Houses

The project consists of three town houses planned in a row, all facing and entered from the street in front. Each villa has four levels, the basement, ground, first and terrace floors. Basement floor caters to an office room and car parking. All habitable areas are planned in ground and first floors. Terrace comes with a roof garden.

The villas are given a contemporary look with sloped and tiled roofs, façades finished with stone shingles and syn texture. The three villas have similar features. Yet each one is rendered an identity of its own with the distinct color scheme used for the external façades.
