Hanging Gardens

The project derives its name from the ‘Hanging Gardens’ forming part of each of the apartment in the building. It is a Leed certified & Platinum rated project. Each apartment comes with ‘A Hanging Garden’ of approximately 12 ft X 12 ft which is the salient feature of the apartments. The garden shifts by 3 ft horizontally in each floor creating a ‘stepped back effect’ that in turn creates a triangular portal on the external façade of the building.
