Designed as a terraced villa the house steps back generating terraces in each floor that are covered with wooden pergolas.

The interior space comes in three levels with two mezzanine floors overlooking the living area. The master bedroom is raised above the living-dining area. There is a water cascade and pebbled area between the living and dining area. One has to cross a glass bridge to reach the dining area from the living area.

Ground floor consists of a guest bedroom and kitchen apart from the master bedroom and balcony area. First floor has the family lounge, guest bedroom and children’s bedroom. The children’s bedroom is attached with a study area, a terrace garden and bathroom. In the second floor there is a gymnasium.

A terrace garden with a Jacuzzi in the front and another terrace garden with seating area in the rear side also form part of the second floor. The building’s vertical disposition allows plenty of airflow into it making it naturally air-conditioned.
