Benchmark Sunshine

Designed as a group housing project, the master plan for Benchmark Sunshine envisages thirty independent villas spread over an area of four acres of land located approximately ten kilometers away from Bangalore’s International Airport.
                          
The villas are kept closer to the boundary of the land with almost all of them facing the central common facility of the community center, green space and water bodies.
                            
The concept of ‘screen walls’ has been incorporated in the design of the villas to render them an identity of their own. Each villa gets a screen wall of a unique shape and color that would match with the color of the borders of windows and doors of the respective villa.
                            
The villas are clad with stones up to a height of eight feet above which synthetic texture has been applied on the walls. The campus is meticulously landscaped.
